Excellent customer service is delivering more than the customer expects and pays for. Like the small Japanese restaurant giving me a free of charge coca cola light for being one of their regular customers They not only give me something of value (it’s not dispenser coke but in a can) free of charge, they give the special version of soda that they know I like. And it’s also very pleasant that they actually remember me, I don’t need to say what I want to eat and they just confirm if I want the regular.
