Keep moving

I had a conversation with a coach about change and adaptability. She reminded me of THE most important factor in thriving when getting challenges thrown at you. The one thing that will separate you from the ones unable to adapt, is that you keep moving. Accept the situation, make decisions based on whether you want and can change it and then follow through with action.

Customer service

Excellent customer service is delivering more than the customer expects and pays for. Like the small Japanese restaurant giving me a free of charge coca cola light for being one of their regular customers They not only give me something of value (it’s not dispenser coke but in a can) free of charge, they give the special version of soda that they know I like. And it’s also very pleasant that they actually remember me, I don’t need to say what I want to eat and they just confirm if I want the regular.
